The Beach Is The Birth Place And The Cradle Of Mankind

Meditating on the Beach

As I sit on the beach, meditating where the cradle of mankind stood 300 million years ago, I ponder our origins and the journey we’ve undertaken. We were born here and we have come so far, yet our evolution is far from complete. I believe the greatest challenge of our era is to awaken the consciousness of the heart. Give birth to Love and Light. It may seem radical, but I believe our survival as a species depends on exploring the profound mysteries within our hearts.

The first time I met my teacher, he asked me to describe my meditations. I wove an almost visual tapestry of my inner world. He asked because he wanted to know if I was truly aware, and I realized I was not.

When finished describing the phenomena in my mind, his only comment was, “Who is it that is aware of this landscape?”

In that moment, everything fell into place. It was an awakening. A U-turn. That day became the most significant day of my life. I understood instantly that everything happening in my mind was distractions. The only thing really worth exploring was the source of awareness itself. Instead of ‘looking’ outward, I began ‘looking’ inward.

This journey through my heart led to an extraordinary revelation. One day, I realized that everything was made of light. This light formed a vortex, drawing me into its embrace. I was reborn through this vortex of light and as I opened my new eyes I realized I was part of an ocean of golden, radiant light, one with everything in this beautiful illumination. I was Light. My teacher was the same Light. Everything was Light. I knew there was a source, a oneness from which this light emanated. I was granted a glimpse into that source, an experience beyond words.

This light carries an important message from the cradle of creation:

There is enough love in the universe for all of mankind, for all eternity and beyond.

This light carries a message from the cradle of creation: There is enough love in the universe for all of mankind, for all eternity and beyond. Everything we know is made of Light and Love. Words fall short in capturing this truth. We must become this light, embody this love, and simply be. Unconditionally BE. It is waiting for YOU.

This is why I love the beach so much. It reminds me of the birth of human kind, analogue to the birth in Light and to the birth of holographic Awareness in us. The birth of One Mind.

I want to support you in becoming more aware of the unconscious aspects of your life—the deep-seated habits, instincts, and patterns that shape your experiences without you even realizing it. This is especially true in the realm of sexuality, where I believe profound transformation begins. By bringing more mindfulness into this space, we can open the door to deeper connection and fulfillment. Through meditation and ancient tantric practices, we’ll explore how intimacy can evolve into something more expansive, a path to greater self-discovery, joy, and connection.

🌿 Zen Story: The Mirror That Wasn’t There 🌿

In the beginning,
there was nothing.

Then—a mirror appeared.
I gazed,
and mistook the reflection for myself.

I lived among shadows,
confusing echo for essence,
image for truth.

But the mirror,
strange as it was,
besides its unreal display
quietly pointed beyond the glass—
not to itself,
but to the One it tried to reflect.

Then I realized:
the mirror was never real.
Only a dream,
trying to awaken me.

There was nothing to reach for.
Nothing to reach with.

The image was not me.
I am the One being mirrored.

And when I knew this,
the mirror disappeared—
like mist at sunrise.
